The North-South Mainline is one of the regional rail routes in Bilbcraft. It is coloured orange on the map. From north to south it stops at:
- Altnabreac (for Rapture extension)
- Kippenberg
- Library North
- Lagoon Wood
- Swamp North
- Bee North (request stop)
- North Approach
- Central Station (for East-West Mainline and Spawn Subway)
- Ukraine (for Dinbych Line and Cyan light rail)
- South Forest
- unnamed halt (request stop)
- Highland South
The trackbed has been extended to the south of Highland South, and as of April 2020 is open to pedestrians, prior to live railway operations commencing.
