The Bilbcraft Institute of Art (BIA), located in the Tub Tub District of the Central Spawn Region. It has one of the largest collections of both map and in game art on the server. It features 5 main galleries with 1 or 2 serving as rotating exhibits. The BIA is currently awaiting its opening with a goal opening date of 30 MAY 2020.
